Our story began with Matt, whose journey in the pool industry started at the age of 16, digging swimming pools. This early foundation led him to open his own pool excavation company, where Kathy, with her sharp organizational skills, became his essential bookkeeper and schedule manager. Matt's expertise grew with time, leading him to head construction and pool planning for another company, where Kathy also contributed her administrative talents. This diverse background in every facet of pool construction and operations laid the groundwork for what was to come.

In time, Matt decided to launch his own pool service company. Around the same period, Kathy dedicated herself as the primary full-time caregiver for her mother with Alzheimer's until 2011. She later re-entered the workforce at a distribution center, but the call of the family business was strong. In 2016, our family of four made a significant move from Dallas to Corsicana, Texas, selling their established route to start over from scratch in their new small town. It wasn't long before Kathy officially joined the pool service business, bringing her invaluable operational knowledge and highly detail oriented pool service.

Bailey and Seth have truly grown up in the industry. From spending summer and spring breaks cleaning pools alongside their parents, they've absorbed an incredible depth of knowledge. Bailey is a true wearer of many hats; her experience spans from being a crew lead for the pool service route for two years to expertly managing all office operations. She brings an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the pool business and still keeps her hands in the field, personally managing part of the pool service route weekly.

Seth, mechanically inclined from a young age, has been our full-time repair technician since graduating high school in 2020. His natural aptitude for problem-solving ensures that any issue is swiftly and effectively resolved. He skillfully manages the pool service routes, bringing his meticulous attention to detail to every pool he services.

As true "Next Gen" leaders, both Bailey and Seth have grown up witnessing the rapid evolution of technology. They are passionate about integrating helpful tools like AI and other innovative systems to streamline operations, making your pool service even more efficient and transparent.
